Tauranga Laughter sessions

Calling all laughers! Calling all would-be laughers!  Tauranga Laughter Club - we meet to laugh - through Laughter Yoga. That is a simple yet powerful form of exercise which combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing (no prior yogic skills required, no extreme physical flexibility required!).  Laughter has a deep effect on our mental and physical being and Laughter Yoga is the only technique which uses unconditional laughter to help make a positive frame of mind a choice, not a chance happening.  Laughter Club can help boost natural ‘happy’ endorphins through unconditional laughter (i.e. not relying on jokes). Even if you can only manage 'sometimes', take the time for Laughter Club.

 Currently I (Andria) am leading regular *open* sessions on Thursdays in the Lower Kaimais - txt 021 022 55 898 for venue. Acouple of *closed* sessions fill my time too - but I have scope to bring Laughter Yoga to your event, team-building, wellness retreat or other happening!  Contact 02102255898.
